Meet Your Pathway to Opportunity

BIOGRAPHY
I’ve spent more than 30 years helping students and families navigate the path to university and scholarship opportunities. Throughout my career, I’ve worked across Canada, the United States, and internationally, connecting talented students with academic and athletic programs where they can succeed. My focus has always been simple: help students find the right environment to grow, learn, and build a strong future.
Over the years, I’ve had the opportunity to recruit and work with students from Canada, the United States, Jamaica, French Polynesia, and several countries in the Middle East including the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Jordan, Oman, Lebanon, and Yemen. I also served as Director of High Performance Recruiting at Ryerson University (now Toronto Metropolitan University), where I helped identify and recruit student-athletes who contributed to record-setting success for the university’s athletic programs.
What drives me most is the relationship I build with the families I work with. Recruitment is not just about getting into a university — it’s about finding the right fit academically, athletically, and personally. I take pride in guiding students through the process with honesty, experience, and a network of trusted contacts so they can step confidently into the next chapter of their lives.
MISSION
My mission is to help students and families find the right educational and scholarship opportunities by combining experience, trusted relationships, and honest guidance. I believe every student deserves the chance to reach their full potential, and my goal is to open doors that allow them to succeed academically, athletically, and personally at the university level and beyond.
How This Applies to Students:
For students, this means having a clear and strategic path forward. I work with each student to understand their strengths, goals, and potential so we can identify the universities and programs where they will thrive. Whether the focus is academic scholarships, athletic opportunities, or both, I help position students so they are seen, evaluated fairly, and given the chance to compete for the opportunities they deserve.
How This Applies to Families:
For families, it means having a trusted guide through what can often be a complex and stressful process. I work closely with parents to provide clear expectations, honest advice, and access to the relationships I’ve built over decades with universities and coaches. Together, we focus on finding the right fit for the student — an environment where they can grow, succeed, and build a strong foundation for their future.
CREDO
I hold these truths to be self-evident:
That there is worth in every person and my own worth can be realized by constant learning of how to discern the Holy Spirit, which I believe leads me in my everyday life and decisions.
That if I employ trust, honesty, and authenticity, with passion and a strong work ethic, I can accomplish any goal that I set out to accomplish.
That living is a process and journey that continually changes.
That if I connect with nature and the people I communicate with, I can discover the meaning and purpose of my life.
That the premise “we will reap what we sow”, and ultimately my meaning and purpose will be defined by the impact for good that I can inspire in others.
